Yes, we are the jewelry factory with more than 10 years experience .

2. Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Yes, we are available to provide samples before bulk production.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

If we have them in stock, will send it right away. For customized samples, it will take about 2 weeks to get the samples ready.

4. Do you have MOQ limitation for order?
Our MOQ for order is 20 pcs or pairs.

5. How to proceed an order?
First, let us know your requirements or application.
Second, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Third, you confirms the samples and arrange payment by TT, PayPal for formal order.
Fourth,  We arrange the production as soon as we receive the payment.

6. How long is your order delivery time?

Usually we can get the order ready in 30 days after the payment confirmed.

7. What farmat of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We are available to open file like, 3DM, STL, PDF, AI etc.

8. What is the payment term?
We accept PayPal, T/T. If you have any troubles on paying, please feel free to email us

9. Can you customize our design?
Yes, Our development team can make 3D file according to your design, you can also send us your 3D files or sketches.

10.  Is there a warranty?
Yes, we provide after-sale services. We can help you to solve any problems.
